Proposal & Agreement
Once the design is approved, we provide a comprehensive project proposal detailing the scope of work, itemized pricing, project timeline, and payment terms. A formal agreement is signed to initiate the project.
Permits & Pre-Construction
We manage all required permits and approvals to ensure full compliance with local building codes and regulations, preparing the project for a smooth construction phase.
Construction Phase

Project Monitoring & Quality Control
